We carefully prepare and ship every order from our U.S. facility to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Orders:
All pre-orders placed before the official launch will begin shipping starting November 19, 2025.
Return Policy
Due to hygiene and product safety standards for beauty and haircare, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Bsla2026@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund any item proven to be affected by transit or production error.
